During your participation in the customer and partner satisfaction survey, along with your responses, our servers may automatically record information related to your visit (e.g., IP address, type of device used, date, time, and duration of your participation).
- How your personal data is used
The use of the data collected may result in its processing together with data in other registers, both within and outside the European Economic Area. The data collected will be used for the purposes of the customer and partner satisfaction survey, aiming to improve the services provided to our customers according to their needs and desires. As part of this survey, Generali may contact customers and partners who have participated in the survey by phone to provide additional clarifications and opinions.
Legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest pursued by Generali to measure the level of satisfaction of its customers and partners and to meet the obligation to perform its contractual obligations (art. 6 par. 1 (f) of the GDPR).
In case you give us your explicit consent, we may publish on our website (www.generali.gr) your first name, the first letter of your last name, your rating, your comments, and the type of your insurance policy.
Legal basis for this further processing is your explicit consent (art. 6 par. 1 (a) of the GDPR).
Your data will not be used for other commercial purposes or for promotion, marketing, advertising of products and/or services.
- To whom your personal data is disclosed
The personal data collected will be processed by the company conducting the satisfaction survey, Medallia, Inc. and its subcontractors, for the purposes described in this privacy notice.
We may also share your personal data with the parent company of Generali Group or other Generali Group companies. Generali, at each time, takes all necessary measures in order to ensure that only the strictly necessary data are transferred and that all processing activities are legitimate.
Generali will not disclose in any way your personal data to any third party not related to your insurance policy and the provision of the coverage and services provided for therein, unless required by law or upon a lawful request or order by a public authority. Generali will not disclose your personal data to third parties to be used in commercial promotional activities, without your prior explicit consent.
