Generali Hellas has special cooperation contracts with the top medical institutions in the country, in which insured customers can use services covered by their insurance programs. Before using the medical services, please make sure you contact the Generali Call Center, to be informed directly about the process and the steps you need to follow.
PRIVATE INSURANCE POLICY HOLDERS
Generali has created health programs with rich coverage and state-of-the-art technologies. Whether you have an old contract or a new one, Generali will always be on your side to help you deal with any planned or emerging need. Please note that the network of collaborating hospitals is subject to modifications and may vary depending on the health insurance program you have chosen. GROUP INSURANCE POLICY HOLDERS
If you have a Group Insurance health program through your employer, you can be informed regarding the network of collaborating hospitals choosing among Life-long program, Yearly renewed, or Former AXA. Moreover, for information about the contracted hospitals, diagnostic centers and doctors as well as the benefits of your program, you can always call the Generali Call Center on 18112 or 210 80 96 100.
