How can I schedule my annual check-up and receive the Frequent Check-Up Discount?
If you are an outpatient policyholder (Alpha Health Care for All Classic, Alpha Health Care for All Premium, Alpha Health Care or Mediσυν Care), you can perform the check-up offered through your coverage by calling at 210 8096100.
If you are not an outpatient policyholder, we have secured a low-cost (15 €) annual check-up exclusively for you at Affidea Group’s network of diagnostic centers. To schedule your check-up please call the Health Care Call Center at 213 0178527 and let us know that you are a Generali policyholder.
