For amounts up to 2,500€:

Receive immediate compensation, without any supporting documents and worries! “On the Spot Payment” offers you the opportunity to receive compensation immediately, without the need for any supporting documents, for damages up to € 2,500 to your home. The service is activated after the incident report, during the process of completing the damage report, either at your place or online with the mobile app My eClaim.

For greater amounts:

  • Keep your receipts, invoices, and any other documents you will be asked when you register your claim.
  • After you have gathered and submitted the necessary documents for the damage assessment and the expert report to be completed, your insurance advisor or a Generali representative will contact you regarding the progress of your compensation. We recommend using the Direct Repair service, through which Generali coordinates the repair work, so you won’t need to make any upfront payments
