How can I move in case my vehicle comes to standstill due to damage or accident?

With us, you can always reach your destination in case of unexpected events. As long as you have the Road Assistance coverage, we provide you with free taxi transportation, in case of immobilization of your vehicle, due to a car accident or mechanical damage. For transports within the Prefecture of Attica and Thessaloniki, we offer free transfers with the Taxi Ride Service in collaboration with Uber:

You will then receive a link to activate the call and the taxi will pick you up from your location and drop you at your final destination without any charges.

After you receive a confirmation, you can call a taxi.

Send us the taxi ride receipt for the amount you paid at motorclaims.admin@generali.gr and you will receive a refund.
